My goal for Rapunzel and Flynn Rider's book cover was to portray their relationship based on their differences of life expreriences, one living in captivity and the other one living a life of freedom. I portrayed Flynn as an eagle because it represents courage and freedom. Rapunzel is a flower to represent her fragility, inside a cage to represent captivity. The solution was to show their relationship in a unique, metaphorical way with the cage and the bird symbolizing their differences.
